Guidelines for Final Paper Submission after Acceptance

Authors are required to submit the following documents to confirm their registration:

  1. Final Paper

Prior to submission of the final paper, the following steps should be followed

  • Authors should revise the paper according the review comments [if any]
  • Author[s] need to generate the final formatted camera-ready paper according the guidelines mentioned in submission page.

 

  1. Conference Registration Fee Receipt:

Along with the final paper, author[s] should attach the payment receipt to confirm the registration.

 

The payment information are as given below:

 

Registration Fee

Indian Authors: ₹ 9500
Indian Listeners: ₹ 7000
Foreign Authors: $ 160
Foriegn Listeners: $ 100

 

Registration Fee includes the following:

  • Participation in the technical program,
  • Lunch,
  • Coffee/Tea Breaks,
  • DVD Proceedings,
  • Certificates,
  • Conference Kit - Bag, Notepad, Pen etc. (1 conference kit per registration)

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Refund policy: Refund requests must be made via email to the respective conference Email address (contact.iroglobal@gmail.com)

 

Cancellations: 

Cancellation charges will be,

  • 75% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 60 days to the conference
  • 50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 30 days to the conference.
  • No refunds will be granted between the duration of 30 days to the conference.

Note: Refund fee will be made after the conference. All bank service charges, including transitional bank commission for cancellation refunds, must be covered by the participants/applicants.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • 1 paper will be allowed per registration.
  • Write / Call coordinator as soon as possible, in case of registration beyond deadlines.
  • Registered members are asked to provide intimation about their payments immediately.
  • After completion of registration, every participant is required to send a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us immediately via Email.
  • If any participant confirmed his/her participation to the organizing committee and is not available to present at the conference will not be accepted.
  • Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates/attendees that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
  • The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during, or after the conference.
  • Refund will not be given if the paper is retracted due to any plagiarism/copyright issues.
